Get web hosting details GET

Domains and quotas — hosting's equivalent of a VPS's CPU and memory. `total: null` on a quota means unlimited. Only for services whose `platform` is `enhance`; anything else is a 400. An empty response (no plan, no domains, no quotas) means the service is not provisioned yet or the panel could not be reached — both are states to retry, not faults. There is deliberately **no link into the panel here**: the dashboard's version returns a one-time SSO session, and no read scope hands out a way in.
