Restore a storage snapshot

Destructive. Every change made after the snapshot is lost, and every snapshot taken\nafter it is destroyed (destroyed lists them). The body must carry confirm: true;\nwithout it the answer is 400 with details.code: confirmation_required and nothing\nhappens. Five per 15 minutes per account, shared with the dashboard.
