List credit transactions GET

The ledger behind `creditCents` on `/v1/me`. Signed amounts: positive adds, negative spends. `balanceAfterCents` is the balance immediately after each row, so nothing has to be summed. Cursor-paginated. Key on `kind` and `invoiceId` — `description` is free text for a human.

List services GET

Newest first, and not paginated: this is a list of things somebody pays for monthly, so it is small by nature. The invoice list, which grows forever, is paginated.
