List credit transactions GET
The ledger behind `creditCents` on `/v1/me`. Signed amounts: positive adds, negative spends. `balanceAfterCents` is the balance immediately after each row, so nothing has to be summed. Cursor-paginated. Key on `kind` and `invoiceId` — `description` is free text for a human.
